(32,886 posts)I can't wait! And I cannot wait until November 2016. That is going to be the biggest Democratic landslide since FDR.

(16,543 posts)When the election punditry is over, the holidays are through and there's a lull anticipated in the breaking news. She'll time it to try for the biggest news coverage.

(11,076 posts)She has yet to explain her break down at the end of the primaries on the last go round. Where was she and why did she not show for a press conference that she had called. Pretty un-presidential.
Explain it to me Lucy!

(32,886 posts)Your post is not exactly supportive of her.

(11,076 posts)Did not see that! I wish her well in her endeavor should she decide to run again. I do hope that she can help me understand some of the confusion last time. If she were to be the nominee that would need to be cleared up for many people in order to make a successful run at the presidency. I would want to be able to support her should she be the candidate.
Once again thanks for the heads up so sorry for intruding! Peace, Kim

(23,533 posts)Hillary Clinton will be 69 by election day 2016.
How much was she affected by the fall and the blood clot last winter?

(11,464 posts)Probably spring 2015 with very strong hints before the 2014 general election, and hopefully
both Bill and Hillary will campaign heavily for candidates in hard to win places
If the nation knows she will be the one in 2016, then it will help swing the house in 2014.
Officially, no need to officially announce too early.
I predict 450 or more electoral votes including Texas.
And I hope Joe Biden also runs to flank out the others. Him in the race means 85% of the votes between them and ensures Hillary has no competition.
I would heavily advise very few democratic debates, and that the party runs in unity.
Remember that putting together the core President Obama voters, with the Hillary voters
insures more than enough voters to win the general election in 2016.

(9,604 posts)My Guess is that if she chooses to run (and I hope she does) it will be in the second half of 2015.

(30,335 posts)she'll announce after next year's midterm election. Bill said as much. He added that he would like her to stay out of politics for a year and do other things.
