I don't think I am going to be able to read Hillary's book. I just barely got started

and found myself about to cry and getting depressed.

I have loved some of her past books and have read them more than once. Not this one.

Maybe some day when the National Embarrassment is out of the White House and hopefully our democracy is intact, I'll try it again. Just not right now.

I couldn't read it in one go either. There's so much in there that's worth sticking through to the end. A lot of wisdom, a lot of insight.

If you have to put it away for a while and revisit it, no harm in that

I am reading it off and on. I'm sharing it with "The Girl Who Takes An Eye For An Eye' by David Lagercrantz, book 5 in "The Girl With The Dragon Tattoo" series. This method, which I perfected in college, works rather well. There is no reason to think you have to read a book straight through.

I often found my heart sinking, thinking of how someone who could have made a great president was tossed aside in favor of a complete crazy man.
