"Vagina weightlifting" was started by Russian gymnast Tatyana Kozhevnikovam — a woman who, unsurprisingly, holds the Guinness World Record for vagina weightlifting and can lift a 30-pound kettlebell with her vag. G'damn. Tatyana calls it "Intimate Gymnastics" (seems like a real wasted opportunity to use "gymnasty" here) and you'll have to go to Russia to learn from the best/only/why?
