(Sorry for superficial topic on important day!) Seeking help with jute rug
Friend's dog peed on jute rug.
We used bleach-based cleaner (Resolve) and now there is a white spot. Thinking about dying back to natural color (tan/brown) with diluted coffee or grounds. Any experience out there with this? Can the rug hold up? Not alot of online help. TIA!

1. Don't be sorry. Life goes on despite all of the
political turmoil.

2. I think the jute would hold up but I don't think you can get the coffee strong enough to dye the rug
back to normal unless the jute is very light. Might have to weight the jute with something while it dries so it doesn't curl. Search the internet. They have everything these days.

3. I have lots of experience with dying but with silk. The people who really know their stuff about
dying are https://www.dharmatrading.com/ you could probably email them and get an opinion about what would work. Someone who works there would know.

4. If it's small, try a brown marker
You can get different shades at a good art supply store.
