For the average American, the Dems will indeed keep control of the Senate. If they take a safe, incremental approach that produces little in the way of tangible results, all bets are off.

2. Absolutely as long as we follow through and don't try and meet halfway

we have to have our own goal posts and our own rules. Theirs are a mirage.
