50 percent of the votes in- O'Connor-D has 52 percent, Balderson-R has 47 percent.
When are we going to see Balderson-R leading in the vote count.

It was 3-1 red last time around.

Not looking good (depending on what the 1/3rd of Franklin that remains contains)... but still going to be close.
