I hear some good news in New Jersey.

A recently dismissed juror in the Menendez trial has stated she would have voted not guilty on all counts and majority of the jurors are saying not guilty. The juror is expecting a hung jury verdict.
This means Menendez gets retried and he gets to remain in the US Senate until after Murphy gets inaugurated.

1. Or maybe the jurors, after discussion and thought,

will come up with a NOT GUILTY verdict; no retrial.

2. If the jury finds Menendez Not Guilty,

Menendez runs for re-election, survives in the Democratic primary due to multiple anti Menendez Democratic candidates in the race and survives in the November 2018 General Election due to the weakness of the NJ Republican party.
