The revival of Welsh seems to be going quite well - of course it was never as close to true extinction as the Gaelic languages. I knew there were Scottish and Irish Gaelic medium schools; and I have met a couple of people who attended Irish Gaelic medium schools and are bilingual. But Manx - that's great!
