Recount requested in Senate Dist. 21 race

http://www.wisn.com/politics/wisconsin-politics/Recount-requested-in-Senate-Dist-21-race/-/10057500/15117938/-/tlm7f0/-/index.html

Wisconsin state Sen. Van Wanggaard has requested a recount in the District 21 recall race.

The canvass of votes from the June 5 election indicated that challenger John Lehman won the election by 834 votes.

A Lehman victory would shift power in the state Senate to a Democratic majority.

In a statement released Friday, Wanggaard said he did not request the recount as "a delaying tactic," but said he had received overwhelming response from his constituents to have the votes tallied again.

the fix didn't hold up in ALL of the races. That was the only race the repukes did not win and they were supposed to. How do they know? They had the damned things rigged. Every last one of them.

If the press asks Fitzgerald's office if the Wangaard Recount has a connection to giving time for the paper shredders to run at the "Michael Best & Friedrich" law firm, then the press will earn credit where credit is due.
