What are Evers options in fighting the stripping of his powers ? Does he have any?

Hi

I do not live in Wisconsin but I have been unable to find out what if any options he has except the mention of court action... and on what grounds?

I presume the state has a constitution... but I know nothing of these matters.

Will the pubs get away with this ?? Thoughts?

3. The vote suppression tactics, limiting early voting, can be challenged.

The rest may stand. But the Democrats won a clean sweep of the statewide offices, including Secretary of State, Treasurer, and the governorship.

Line item veto is in Democratic hands, and the Republicans proved again to be untrustworthy and deserve no benefit of doubt on 50/50 issues. The 2019 state supreme court race and the 2020 election can further contribute to better governance in Wisconsin. We'll keep the faith and keep working for change!

6. I'm certainly not ready to throw in the towel, as in being "effed"....

Too much at stake to give up the fight....there's support and work to be done and I'm in 100% behind Evers, Barnes, Kaul and Glodowski.....
Let the games begin....

5. Evers can use his veto power

He can veto funding for voucher schools and give that money back to the public schools. The Repukes love vouchers.

7. walker is like a deep plantar wart

Wisconsin will be trying to cut him out of its heart for years to come, but eventually he will be gone.
