In latest CNN poll, Walker is an *

Walker is officially an asterisk.

In fifth place is former Florida Gov. Jeb Bush, at 9%. He's followed by Sen. Ted Cruz of Texas and former Arkansas Gov. Mike Huckabee at 6% each, Sen. Rand Paul of Kentucky at 4%, New Jersey Gov. Chris Christie at 3%, Ohio Gov. John Kasich at 2% and former Sen. Rick Santorum of Pennsylvania at 1%.

Five other candidates received less than one-half of 1 percentage point support: former Virginia Gov. Jim Gilmore, Sen. Lindsey Graham of South Carolina, Louisiana Gov. Bobby Jindal, former New York Gov. George Pataki and Wisconsin Gov. Scott Walker.

Walker's collapse is especially stark.

Celebrated by conservatives -- in the party's base and its donor class alike -- for his union-busting efforts in Wisconsin, Walker at one point led the field in the key early voting state of Iowa.

Scott Walker no good, absolutely horrible, no good, godawful, downright painful week just keeps on keeping on.

Following the news that Walker is at less than one half of one percent in the most recent poll, the panelists at ABC This Week piled it on:

STEPHANOPOULOS: That gets to one of my questions, what happened to Scott Walker?

ROBERTS: He didn't have it. He never had it. I never thought it was going to be Scott Walker, because he just doesn't have the gravitas.

NAVARRO: He was very good in the minor leagues, he just can't cut it in the majors.

BRAZILE: Time to get on that Harley.

(LAUGHTER)

NAVARRO: He's been painted -- he might as well have been painted into the background in both debates. And I think what he's really going to feel it now is donors. We've already read this...................
