beholden to model legislation it is never going to work on behalf of our public schools. I'm glad to see this though, it sure makes it real clear why things aren't working.

when kids going to a voucher school get $6000+ behind them from the state, and our local kids get $1200+.
So my taxes go to pay for some voucher?
