Seattle's due for two more snow systems. Here's what we know

Hopefully you've gotten to the grocery store over the weekend, or your hectic Thursday shopping trip is going to last, because Seattle is due for a new round of snow. Two, in fact.

The first will hit Western Washington on Sunday afternoon; light snow will spread along the coast and Olympic Peninsula before spreading to the Puget Sound area later in the evening (or anytime between 3 p.m. and midnight, according to the National Weather Service).

Both Seattle and Tacoma Public Schools have already been cancelled for Monday, February 11. To see a full list of closed schools, click here.

Overnight the snow showers will likely be confined to the mountains, with light snow and little additional accumulation possible elsewhere. In total, Seattle is only expected to get up to 4 inches, while other areas could see more, including Snoqualmie Pass which is expected to get 6 to 8 inches.
