Wayne Powell recognized by Virginia delegation to Dem. convention.
Editor’s note: Harold Boyd, of Culpeper, a history teacher at Chancellor High School in Spotsylvania County, is representing Virginia’s Seventh District, including Culpeper County, as a delegate to the Democratic National Convention in Charlotte, N.C. He agreed to submit daily dispatches.
Wayne Powell was also recognized by Chairman Moran at yesterday's breakfast. The entire Virginia Delegation gave Wayne a round of applause when Brian Moran said he was running against Eric Cantor. Wayne was given floor passes last night to hear Michelle Obama.
