4. We did this for the Texas Democratic convention

We got secured e-mails for each vote that had a code for each delegate.

6. This is not magic

I suspect that the DNC will use similar procedures for the National Convention. In 2016, we had to sign a form at the Delegation breakfast to register our vote for the nominee. I like voting online for the Texas state convention
