3. After the initial march
a few of us stayed behind and rallied and marched again, this time to a proposed ICE detention facility on Emancipation street (the irony). As folks were speaking at the second rally, a troll in an nra cap and a t shirt that said Border Patrol Agent stood off to the side trying to intimidate people. A couple of brave allies began blocking him from view but he kept moving. Finally, one of the Black Lives Matter Houston guys called for all the white allies to come help. Several of us rushed up to help surround the goon. We began chanting Immigrants Are Welcome Here as well as other things. Finally, a police officer ran up and escorted the man away. It was amazing, but i have a feeling this goober is going to tell everyone that we got violent with him so they can continue the bothsiderism.
