Bucks County has the most competitive congressional district in PA. says Cook Report
The 8th US House district mainly includes Bucks County, northeast of Phila. Congressman Fitzpatrick is leaving office, but his brother won the primary.
The Dem candidate is PA. House member Steve Santarsiero. He is an attorney with a law degree from U. Penn, a former high school social studies teacher, and a former Township Supervisor.

The Cook Report ranks the competitiveness of all US House district races across the US and this by far is expected to be the best chance in PA for the Dems to pick up a seat. Much of the rest of PA. is so gerrymandered that it would be tough to turn them over.
