Announced and possible candidates for each US House District in PA

http://www.politics1.com/pa.htm

the above website has a list of announced candidates and other possible candidates for each US House district in PA. It also includes links to each candidate's website.

for example, for the 15th district that includes most of the Lehigh Valley, incumbent Charlie Dent is running against two Democratic candidates - Attorney Jackson Eaton III (the young son of a prominent Republican insider) and Rick Daughterty, chair of the Lehigh Co. Democratic Party and director of Lehigh County's senior centers. The website also lists a possible unannounced candidate - Mayor Callahan of Bethlehem who ran in 2010.

the biggest disappointment is that the Dems have not yet attracted a serious candidate to run against Congressman Meehan. This is the "Goofy kicking Donald Duck" shaped district west of Philadelphia. Some people had been hoping that Admiral Joe Sestak would run for his old seat. He came very close to defeating Toomey in 2010 for US Senate.

He's like a miniature Romney but without the cash. I had mixed feelings about Platts. At times he was party-line and others he honestly seemed to take our needs into consideration. Whatever I think of his political views, I have to respect him for bowing out with a self-imposed term limit - the same one he championed for years. The season is still young for that level, but I'll be watching it closely.

Just some Libertarian as a Write In candidate. My Representative has a seat for life in this red-of-the-red districts and he knows it.

Maggi, has much of a chance. Why can't the democrats put up a viable candidate against Murphy? It's the same old story every 2 years.
