4th case, 1st known 'Community Spread' here in Ohio

Governor Mike DeWine (@GovMikeDeWine) Tweeted:
Today, #Ohio has a 4th confirmed case of #COVID19. The individual is a man, mid-50s, in Stark County. He has no travel history outside the US, which means we have a case of “community spread.”

Looking for more info.
X post to GD, not this part though, I listened to the presser, DeWine , as much as I dislike him, did well & right in this presser.
