I have a question about early voting?

I was making calls to Ohio today and a Obama voter was wondering if the early voting poll was the same as the regular election day polling place.. I assumed it was not but did not give an answer because I didnt know..

telling a person the wrong info leads to a waste of time, gas, money to pay for the gas, and then the person ends up not voting and not having their vote counted.

That said-
I don't understand though your question-
you were making calls TO Ohio???(from Ohio, out of state?)
or you were calling voters?
were you working in an official capacity and who were you calling and who gave you the lists?

Nobody should do independent calling without knowing probably the single most important question.

And where was the voter? You called the voter? The voter called you?
and again, how did you and this voter hook up to be on the phone at the same time?

I can't believe the people who handed out voters telephone lists didn't instruct properly.

anyhow, the old canard about assume rings loud.
Never assume on such an important question.(the most important pre-vote question.)

•Your current and valid Ohio driver's license or Ohio ID card; or

•Your current and valid Military ID; or

•A copy of your current (within the last 12 months) utility bill, bank statement, paycheck, or other government document that shows your name and current address (but not a document acknowledging your voting registration from the Board of Elections).

A current cell phone bill or balance statement from a public college or university will do!
