Ted (The Thug) Nugent at DPAC

I know it won't make a difference but I just received email that Ted Nugent will be at DPAC soon. I wrote an email to DPAC customer service ([email protected]) expressing my disappointment in their patronizing this jerk. I said:

I'm really disappointed that you would allow Ted Nugent, who recently threatened the U.S. President's life, to appear at DPAC.

This is certainly a behavior on your part that I will consider in the future when choosing entertainment venues.

Unbelievable.

It won't help. But it is absolutely a behavior on their part that I will consider in the future. So there's my measly and meaningless two cents anyway.

Odd that this state and/or DPAC would choose to patronize this guy. Gay marriage is out, but some jerk who has threatened the President's life and molested underage girls is just fine and dandy?

The masses don't keep up the way many DUers do. Ted Nugent was never on my radar, other than that he's a has-been rocker and hardcore gun nut. I just learned recently about the draft dodging and penchant for under-aged girls. Considering downtown Durham is about as deep blue as it gets in this state, his appearance just seems so... out of place.
