Village Halloween Parade Tries To Scare Up Funds

NY1News

The annual Village Halloween parade is making a comeback but organizers need your help.

Organizers say the last minute cancellation was a financial blow.

They have launched a Kickstarter campaign with the hopes of raising $50,000.
