I did not know that Minnesota had a "faithless elector" in 2016

He was replaced. Muhammad Abdurrahman chose Sanders for President, but Tulsi Gabbard as V.P.? Was she even in the race in 2016?

1. I remember that - he was a Berner.

He said he did what he did because he was protesting Minnesota's law according to which faithless electors can be replaced if they don't vote as pledged. https://www.bustle.com/articles/200948-who-is-muhammad-abdurrahman-the-wannabe-faithless-elector-tried-to-go-rogue
