County Clerk of Court. They have a complete list of all Attorneys that deal with Real Estate. Generally, first call is Pro-Bono,also there should be a legal Aide number in your phone book. Hope that helps.

my coworker's daughter had to use one unexpectedly. She was only 21 and lives in OH.. her dad died of a heart attack in minneapolis playing basketball. She had to come home, ID his body and then handle his house and other goods. Her dad fathered 2 other kids by two other women and these kids are minors and she is "an adult" and this wonderful attorney guided her through this.. It isn't quite done yet. she just get the house sold and other large items. He was very understanding.

He was recommend by another co-worker who is in her 50's and her parents died two months apart.

I'll get his name tomorrow at work and let you know.
