PAWTUCKET, R.I. —A Massachusetts man has been arrested for allegedly carrying a loaded gun and a knife inside McCoy Stadium.
Scott Guild is facing charges of carrying a weapon without a permit and carrying a prohibited weapon.
Police say a patron alerted Pawtucket Red Sox staff on Saturday that she had seen a drop a handgun, pick it up and then go into the restroom. The PawSox hosted the Syracuse Chiefs on Saturday.
Officers found the 68-year-old Guild, of Mansfield, Massachusetts, in the restroom.
