Until the Dem's admit they have made a mess of DHHS when it was under their control then they won't agree it needs fixing. The only thing they think is wrong with DHHS is it is not big enough and does not create more union workers to help them get re-elected.

this idiot is one of the original whiners that didn't want to spend the money to get a good computer program for dhhs way back-him and his band of idiots managed to get a cheap version which has cost us millions!
since 2010 both houses were republican till the election of nov.6th 2012 yet this idiot instead of owning up to the fact that his party has run the dept. of dhhs and they have blown the budget beyond belief! does he think we are stupid enough to take the blame for their well known incompetence! they have a track record a history of not being able to govern! but every now and then they manage to get the reins back and the results are always the same! complete failure!
