Maine Republicans choose Romney

Given the choices I think the ME GOPers made the best call. At least Ron Paul didn't get the most votes.

I am laughing however at the thought of Ptld Republicans gathering in Riverton. I wonder how many were packing because they thought they'd be near the big public housing development on the other side of the pike.

They got snowed out today. I heard that Charlie Webster said their votes won't count.

A snow cancellation could have happened in any of the non-urban counties.

Meanwhile, late Saturday night, Rep. Ron Paul (R-Texas) sent an email to supporters that essentially alleged collusion between the Romney campaign and the Maine Republican Party without actually mentioning Romney by name. A portion of the email is below:

In Washington County -- where Ron Paul was incredibly strong -- the caucus was delayed until next week just so the votes wouldn’t be reported by the national media today. Of course, their excuse for the delay was "snow." That’s right. A prediction of 3-4 inches -- that turned into nothing more than a dusting -- was enough for a local GOP official to postpone the caucuses just so the results wouldn’t be reported tonight. This is MAINE we’re talking about. The GIRL SCOUTS had an event today in Washington County that wasn’t cancelled! And just the votes of Washington County would have been enough to put us over the top.

Maybe it's time for Charlie Webster to give up his Chairmanship.

She was on fire! She says Maine Republicans are just like those in Iowa, Nevada, and FL. They hold these election caucus things and few people bother to go, and then they can't figure out who won.

She did it real justice.

Here it is....

we need more from our party to post info. so others can see. we have several in here who need to realize our party needs a major overhaul.
I found the video very informative and it spiked my curiosity. for instance the fact that other districts were affected by "Webster and crew"
In the three areas I researched who representated the area with state senators. My reason was because I knew that the"mustard man" sen. president Kevin Raye represented washington county. the other two areas "Waterville and Waldo county " also have republican senators!
their is one person I want to see this video-its time they knew their are many democrats who are dissatisfied with the direction our party is taking. And new blood at the top is greatly needed!

She thinks Maine is going to have to do what Iowa did. Withdraw the Romney declaration of win.

Lots of funny business going on in Maine's caucus.
