Civic accelerator ap lets you look at each district and provides very cool interactive graphics that shows where the money's coming from.

Wow! I'm delighted to have access to this without going downtown and plowing through the filings, which I'll admit I've never done…just waited for a good journalist to do it for me because I can't get through it. Mahalo to the developers, you are awesome!
