8. They really should be dismissed

The orange creature's attorney just got done with his little tirade a while ago and was saying how things are supposed to go in court concerning Witnesses and their testimony, but whenever they don't like the rules they keep saying this is entirely different than a regular court of law. I can't imagine any judge allowing someone to sit and read and doodle through an entire trial. It wouldn't take long for them to be dismissed and the alternate be seated. Why are these people always the exception to the rules?
