I was doing some web-surfing and ran across the original story, but couldn't find anything other than she was supposed to go to trial on March 27.

I skimmed through the documents - here's the synopsis to this point.

The trial has been rescheduled/postponed quite a bit. The latest documents keep emphasizing the "extraordinary circumstaces exist", which is why they keep postponing court dates. I think the hard deadline on this trial was pushed from August to mid January next year. They're scheduled to have a case management conference on August 8.

It seems like she's been released but ordered to not have contact with her husband. There was a motion allowing her to leave the state for a week back in June. There's apparently 15-25 potential witnesses, 200 pages + 17 CD's worth of discovery (interviews/documentation).
