Ok......Stephen Colbert is a big talk show star.....
but, am I the only one that isn’t real fond of his show??? Sorry, but he hasn’t made me laugh out loud since he left his Comedy Central show. JMHO.

2. His guests.....when they get a word in....he always has to make it about him.
I could be wrong, but when the guest says something, Stephen always has to get his “experience” in about the subject.

6. He's A Terrible Interviewer.....
You're so right about it always having to be about him.
Seth Meyers is a great interviewer and his political humor - I think - is better than Colbert's. |

4. Ditto. I think he's brilliant and pretty much unafraid to say anything
He and Trevor Noah are real hits in our family.
Although if Trump is not re-elected, Colbert will be hurting a bit! |

5. By that time of the day...
I'm winding down before bed and my brain is usually mush, and I'm ready to laugh. I dont find him that funny anymore. And the same goes for the other. Trump has ruined late night!

7. I watch his monologue the next morning
I'm not into celebrities so I don't watch the interviews.

10. We generally watch him but are finding him less funny than even a couple of years ago.
Sometimes his tRump jokes are just low-hanging fruit - with a delivery to match. Other times he's a riot.
Seth Meyers on the other hand, if we can stay up for his monologue, we will. He comes across as warmer and perhaps has better writers. |
