2. I just watched a cottontail bunny munching on a low growing sedum in my flower bed.

It won't hurt anything. You drop a piece of it on the ground and it takes root.

I believe he lives under our neighbors shed.

Another neighbor up the road a short way has a family of foxes, 4-5 pups included, living under their shed. Haven't been able to get pictures of those little buggers yet.
