This is why I was out with the camera and caught the Monarch.

This single blossom had fallen off the stalk of like blossoms on the Century Plant. I brought it home and posed it in black velvet.

I make images to share with the world and it's flattering in the extreme for someone to use them.

I'm glad you like the blossom and for the next few days I'll be exploring this particular plant. They only last so long so I have to take advantage when they present themselves.
