I had gone to the Japanese Garden without knowing thus was an event. This was still during setup.

I suspect it was a bit empty since they were just setting up and it was early in the day.

The word of mouth will get around and more folks will show up.

And what a pretty setting! Orderly, clean downtown all ready to be seen.
