1. Have played a couple of those, but I have enough trouble with a regular guitar.

Clarence White was the master.

4. Albert Lee Was Really A Master Of It, Too

Not my favorite type of guitar playing, but Albert was a superb player who had the B-Bender down, as well.
There's and early Crossroads Festival where he plays a Tele fitted with one.
Pretty tasty.
