1. RATM were referring to Rodeo Drive, not Rodeo Road...

There are plenty of brown-skinned people on Rodeo Road...

My only time in CA was up in the high desert, I didn't get down the pass to LA very often.

I thought that Rodeo stretched from one end to the other Beverly Hills to west LA - In St Louis it's pretty common for a long road to be a BLVD downtown and a road or street out in the suburbs
