Has anyone seen the Patrick Stewart/Glenn Close version?

(16,984 posts)2. The Lion in Winter is one of my all-time favorites.
I first saw it at the student union when I was at a state university, and since then I've watched it more times than I can count.
As for the version starring Patrick Stewart and Glenn Close, I still haven't seen it, though i suppose doing so would be very like taking on the Charlton Heston interpretation of A Man for All Seasons. I can appreciate that plays will forever be interpreted and should be, just as musical works are.
