Most of these films have been discussed on this forum at some time, but if there's anyone who hasn't yet seen THE ENCHANTED COTTAGE, please take the time to watch or record it.

I don't want to give away anything at all of the plot, but it's a most unusual film and beautifully directed and acted. I've always liked Robert Young, but this film gave me a new respect for him, because he was brave enough to do something few Hollywood stars would ever do, then or now. I won't say what, because it will spoil it. I've only seen the film twice because it's seldom shown, but each time I was transfixed. It's a little gem.
