Sometimes I hate being a renter. Internet in a neighbour's apartment is

not working so they are rewiring the whole building. That means I have to pull out everything against one wall the whole length of the apartment. 3 rooms. And that is if I am lucky. The old wire is there. But the bell guy seemed interested in using the wall across my hallway. If they use that wall I am going to have to move 4 bookcases full of books somewhere. I have no room. That is why my hallway is my library. Wish me luck that it is the first and not the second.

he was putting the property on the market (very hot market) and you had to be out in 2 months. (With a frightening number of bookcases full of books!) Count your blessings, babe!

get those huge tall boxes and fill them with a mixture of dishware, linens and books, layer them. That way the 4 ft boxes are not heavy and you only need 12 of those boxes plus two wardrobe ones to complete a move. Plus your bare furniture. Vibes.

haven't unpacked the majority of the (liquor-sized) boxes yet. (I think I'll adopt your wish as my unpacking mantra!)
