Wonder if Across the Universe would qualify as a coming-of-age film? Regardless, it has some kick ass Beatles music

made a big impression on me LOL. Still think Spicoli was the coolest, and will never forget Phoebe Cates pool scene. Not surprisingly, Animal House was a big influence on me too, but I was also in a high school fraternity just before they become politically incorrect and died out.
