I went to Concordia German camp (Waldsee) and the German counselors always had those lying around.

6. I've never actually heard Heino

but I read about him in one of the RE/Search "Incredibly Strange Music" books. He came up in an interview with Jello Biafra, of all people, who related a story about a German punk band who all came on stage dressed as Heino complete with wigs and his allegedly trademarked glasses and played punk versions of Heino tunes. Gads, that must have been something to see and hear.
