Anyone with Directv having 'service' problems since AT&T acquired?

In spite of occasional storms etc, I've never lost access for more than a few minutes/during active storms. NOW, access gone for 30+ minutes.

1. not that bad but

we got direct about 8 months ago. We had had Dish. Never thought I would want Dish back.

More outages on cloudy days, many times the picture freezes, the grid freezes all the time for minutes at a time. Just lots of little things that say 'we really don't care.'

Got another year to go. For me Dish was better, but I am hoping in a year we can find another answer than either Dish or Direct.

2. Sorry about your problems.

I've had Direct for 2-1/2 years, and this is the worst loss. MAY be snow on/in the dish, so will check it out tomorrow.

3. Mine is out this morning.

It's snowing, but not very hard.

4. and mine is back now!

Snowed yesterday and may have accumulated on the dish, was gonna check it out myself but this morning's rain (and WARM) seems to have taken care of it.

5. I didn't know that AT&T could be to "blame".

As long as it stays on for the dog show, I'll be OK.

6. I'd have blamed AT&T if they didn't serviced it properly,

but guess I can't do that as mother nature took care of it!

RIGHT, same here, EVERYTHING for the dogs!!!
