Just received my new touch screen laptop. I'm returning it. Bummer.

It's an HP something or other.
I ordered it from a third party vendor at Amazon.
It's red.
That's OK.
I like red.

It has black keys.
OK, I could see that from the image on Amazon.
There are RED letters on the black keys.
That I couldn't see.
I am 'vision impaired'.
Macular degeneration if you must know.
Prescription bifocals.

So, I'm packing it back up and returning it.
And I have to pay shipping costs.
Bummer.
Back to square one in finding a new computer.
Argh.

red letters on black keys. Who would? Every keyboard I've ever seen in 45+ years of typing has been white on black. Maybe they could work with you on the shipping cost issue?

Maybe so in fairly dim light you couldn't read the keyboard?

They have some pretty nice deals on computers and laptops on any given day. I've also had good luck with the refurbished products they offer.

A tip - if you are interesting in looking over their refurbished, make your selections for usage, screen size, etc, before you check the "refurbished" box.

Too late. I'd already packed that mother up for return.
Off it went this morning and this afternoon I got refund from Amazon.

Just ordered Dell i3541-2002BLK Inspiron 15 3000 15-3541 15.6" Touchscreen LED

Black keyboard. White letters.
Don't know if it's backlit.
Whatever.
