Remove this kitten from its Pennsylvania owner!

http://www.yousignanimals.org/Remove-this-kitten-from-its-Pennsylvania-owner-t-1427

Taylor Rodden lives in Dunmore, Pennsylvania. She just updated her profile photo. While other cat owners choose to post a photo with them hugging the cat, this woman felt the need to threaten her.

At this point, it does not even really matter if it was a joke or not. This is animal abuse. Authorities need to check on the kitten and have it removed as soon as possible if any misconducts occurred.

Please share this post as far as possible and let everyone know what Ms. Rodden is up to! This is wrong on so many levels.

Here Facebook profile can be viewed HERE. Please try to refrain from sending her messages, her account could be used as evidence in a police investigation.

I consider social media a warning system of people to avoid. I've seen some people, who appear to be presumably otherwise fine on the surface of things, post some of the meanest and most asinine things just because they can. Social media and the internet seems to have given so many license to exhibit some of their most socially unacceptable behaviors, which is a good thing for the rest of us.

Mine is that this person is a psycho and ought to be ashamed of herself.

Illegal? Probably not but it's in no way acceptable and she deserves to be called on it and for her friends and family to be ashamed of her.

No big deal? Wrong.

I can't tell how old she is, my guess is anywhere from 10 to 18. The fact she has access to a handgun to frivolously torture an animal is sickening and frightening. If she has a younger sibling would she think that was funny too?

By the way I got a 404 error with the link.

You might want to clear your browser cache and check that link again.

Do you know whether this person is a minor, and if so, whether it is appropriate to post their name and picture as part of a 'call to action'.

"At this point, it does not even really matter if it was a joke or not."

It matters quite a bit. Unless the cat is consciously aware of what a gun is and does, then I do not understand how pointing a gun at a cat is "abusive" to the cat, who is unlikely to perceive any threat or imminent harm. I see that the classic National Lampoon cover has already been posted in this thread, so I won't bother with that one. If that happens to be real gun, then I assume authorities should look for the girl who shot her own shoulder.

If she is a minor, then perhaps she might be encouraged to simply take the cat to the nearest collection receptacle:

Needless to say, there is likely no shortage of internet creepazoids harassing her in the usual manner these things go whenever a young woman attracts attention of any sort on the internet.

Quite possibly, the site where it was posted has exercised better judgment than you have in keeping this post active here.
