It's great for helping your body adjust to the time change!

I like the ones I get at Walgreens. It's a little pill that you dissolve on your tongue and then it gets in your bloodstream pretty fast to make you drowsy. OTC, non-addicting, no hangover the next morning.

I really like it.

but i just took one of my anxiety pills. not the prescribed usage, but it should get me there.
