A "just for the S&Gs" poll for Fleetwood Mac fans
I think that most would agree that, in their hay day, Fleetwood Mac was definitely a group that was MADE by it's women. So, were you a bigger fans of the Stevie Nicks songs, the Christine McVie songs, a little of each or were you not a fan? If you'd like, which was your favorite song or songs?

1. I'm a Christine McVie fan, including her artwork. She drew the cover of "Kiln House."
But I've liked Fleetwood Mac since the all-dude days. Through lots of different lineups and permutations. Every "era" produced its own very interesting stuff. When I was a college radio DJ, I played lots of Fleetwood Mac from way back. Including the Peter Green and Bob Welch eras.

3. Loved them both on those first few albums
Every damn song of McVie, and slightly less of Nicks, only because it's easier to sing along with the mellow voice of McVie, Nicks was more nasal.
All together, they were fantastic (and still are). The soulful "For You", I think is my favorite from Christine. |

8. Lots of Fleetwood Mac albums before Nicks
As mentioned above, with Peter Green, Bob Welch and also Jeremy Spenser.
So McVie--Nicks sang like she has a clothespin on her nose--must have been the coke. |

9. It's strange...
I love Fleetwood's music, but I have always HATED Stevie's voice. Her voice is like nails on a chalkboard to me.
