Our local fire department had a BBQ fundraiser so I got a couple dinners from there tonight to support our local, rural firemen. Unfortunately they've been at my place too often for my likes; rider falls and one nasty episode where one of my guys got his fingers cut off in a hay elevator. Farm work is so dangerous....

Anyway, lovely, locally sourced dinner. Followed by a couple glasses of wine and I'm mellow.
