A little computer help...

I have Vista and use Google Chrome.

Anyway, often when I hit the back button to return to the last page (say I click on a thread here at DU and then hit back to go back to the main forum), nothing happens. I get the loading circle thingy that looks like this:



And it will do that for however long I leave it. However, if I hit back a few times, I can get back to the pages before the one I was on - but often, it will do nothing until I go back to an entirely different website.

I don't know why it's doing this?

Any ideas? It's really annoying because I often have to hit back multiple times and it takes me too far back and I can't go forward, either, because I get the same pesky loading thing.
