Butter sculptor Sarah Pratt celebrated the 25th anniversary of the Iowa-set baseball movie Field of Dreams with a large sculpture of two men — presumably movie characters Ray Kinsella and his father — playing catch near several cornstalks and a wall reading, “If you build it, they will come.” It’s all made of butter, of course.

The sculpture will be on display throughout the Iowa State Fair — inside a 40-degree cooler, so butter-Costner’s face doesn’t melt off. Keeping with tradition, there’s also a butter cow.

In 2005, the Iowa State Fair featured a butter Tiger Woods. Pratt apprenticed for 15 years before taking over as the fair’s primary butter sculptor.
