I remember watching the show years ago. While watching Jon Stewart's send off of Stephen Colbert, I was reminded of SAST (Short Attention Span Theater.) I think I read that was where Dr. Katz started. The one I posted is the one I remember best, with Garofalo acting like a bartender with her dates
